Suggested is a chip inductor to secure the reliability of electric connection and increase the aspect ratio of an internal electrode at the same time. The chip inductor includes a ceramic body; an external terminal formed at both sides of the ceramic body; and a multilayered internal electrode which is formed in the ceramic body and is connected between layers through a via. Each internal electrode is formed by successively stacking separate-plated metal layers. A through via connects the metal layers comprising the internal electrodes.
