<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a conductive ink for silicon connectors, which maintains a uniform resistance on the surface of semi-conductive parts and improves wetting and coating properties on a coating part, comprising a first step of forming a conductive liquid silicon by agitating liquid silicon and conductive materials and then forming curable liquid silicon by adding a curable agent to the liquid silicon, thereby forming a first mixed liquid silicon by mixing the conductive liquid silicon with the curable liquid silicon; a second step of diluting and mixing the first mixed liquid silicon formed from the first step with a diluting agent whose weight percentage is relatively larger than the mixed liquid silicon and forming a second mixed liquid silicon; a third step of adding silicon oil so that the semi-conductive resistant value of the second mixed liquid silicon formed from the second step is maintained in a range of 1000ohm/sq to 10000ohm/sq; and a fourth step of forming a liquid conductive ink by agitating the liquid silicon with added silicon oil from the third step.</p> |
