The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition and a health-promoting functional food products for preventing or treating thrombosis including Achyranthes Radix as an active ingredient. More specifically, provided are a pharmaceutical composition for treating or preventing thrombosis, which includes hexane fraction or ethyl acetate fraction as an active ingredient, and a health-promoting functional food product including the same wherein the hexane fraction or ethyl acetate fraction of an ethanol extract is re-collected and the ethanol extract is obtained from the roots of Achyranthes japonica Nakai and Achyranthes bidentata Blume.
