The present invention relates to an LED lamp device, on which a heat radiation layer is formed. The heat radiation layer comprises a primer layer and a heat radiation coating layer which is formed on the primer layer. The primer layer comprises resin having oxazoline group and the heat radiation coating layer comprises 1-10 wt% of carbone nanotube, 0.1-3 wt% of adhesion promoter, 0.1-3 wt% of leveling agent, and 5-30 wt% of mineral pigment for 100 wt% of polymer resin. According to the present invention, the LED lamp device has excellent heat radiation property and improves efficiently atmospheric corrosion resistance property and durability, etc. at the same time. |
