An object of the present invention is to provide an explosion-proof panel satisfying a required explosion-proof performance by preventing joint portions among explosion-proof panels or an inner portion from being damaged with respect to external explosion pressure, an explosion-proof panel assembly, and an explosion-proof assembly structure including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an explosion-proof panel may include a first panel and a second panel disposed while forming a gap; aluminum foam filled inside the gap to absorb external pressure; and a stiffness reinforcement portion located outside the aluminum foam, and reinforcing stiffness by being extended from the first panel and the second panel or being connected to surfaces of the first panel and the second panel facing each other.
