<p>PURPOSE: A removal method of heavy metals from contaminated soil and river using siderophores, and a separation and purification method of the siderophores are provided to purify the soil and the river in an environment-friendlily way. CONSTITUTION: A removal method of heavy metals from contaminated soil and river using siderophores includes a step of processing the contaminated soil and river with microorganisms producing the siderophores. The microorganisms are mutants which are missing ftr1 and ftr2 genes. The siderophores is directly treated to soil with plants. A separation and purification method of the siderophores comprises the following steps: culturing the microorganisms producing the siderophores in a medium; collecting siderophores composites from a culture liquid after removing the microorganisms using a hydrophobic adhesion resin; separating and purifying the siderophores by fractionating the siderophore composites using high performance liquid chromatography; and removing iron from the siderophores.</p> |
