<p>PURPOSE: A mobile terminal and a touch lock screen control method thereof are provided to display at least a part of a background picture according to touch motion in a touch locked state. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(151) realizes as a touch screen. A sensing unit(140) senses a touch input on the touch screen. A controller(180) processes a touch locking picture in order to display at least a part of a background picture according to the touch input which is sensed on the touch locking picture marked in the touch screen. If the touch locking of the touch screen is set up, the touch locking picture is marked in order to be overlapped on the background picture.</p> |
