<p>Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a CIGS-based thin film solar cell and a solar cell manufactured by the same, capable of: improving efficiency of a solar cell by diffusing Na and K onto a light absorption layer by electronic beam irradiation; and simply and rapidly performing a diffusion process. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method includes: a substrate preparation step of preparing a substrate; a backside electrode formation step of forming a backside electrode on the substrate; a light absorption layer formation step of forming a light absorption layer on the backside electrode; an Na supply layer formation step of forming an Na supply layer on the light absorption layer; a first diffusion step of diffusing Na into the light absorption layer from the Na supply layer; a K supply layer formation step of forming a K supply layer on the light absorption layer; and a second diffusion step of diffusing K into the light absorption layer from the K supply layer.</p> |
