<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for molding a cylindrical and columnar veneer sheet laminate with a large diameter and length, wherein a main shaft of a molding apparatus, which laminates veneer sheets to produce a laminate, is easily rotated to allow continuous lamination of veneer sheets, thereby molding a cylindrical or columnar laminate with a large diameter and length. The apparatus for molding a cylindrical and columnar veneer sheet laminate with a large diameter and length according to the present invention comprises: a main shaft having an outer circumferential surface on which veneer sheets are laminated; first and second chucks respectively fixed to both ends of the main shaft, and having first and second shafts protruding outwards, respectively; a handle fixed and attached to an end of the first shaft and rotating the main shaft; a mounting platform stand including a lower bed and vertical supports vertically installed at both ends in a length direction of the lower bed, respectively, wherein the first and second shafts are mounted to the vertical supports, respectively; and a pair of columnar rotation platforms installed at the lower bed to be parallel with the main shaft at both sides below the main shaft, wherein both ends of the rotation platform are supported by bearings. Here, while the main shaft is rotated by turning the handle, the veneer sheets on the outer circumferential surface of the main shaft are laminated and pressed, thereby molding a laminate.</p> |
