The apparatus comprises: a condition producing unit for producing condition values for new renewable energy sources installed at a building; and an energy production function unit for computing a maximum value of annual energy production according to a category of new renewable energy sources under the condition values produced in the condition producing unit so as to provide a power composition model of new renewable energy sources.</p> |
