<p>The present invention relates to a batch-type solid state polymerization device structure for regenerated and recycled PET, the device comprising a reactor (100); a main motor (200) for rotating the reactor (100); a vacuum pump (300) for converting the inside of the reactor (100) into vacuum; and a heat transfer boiler (400) for maintaining the reactor (100) in high-temperature state. First and second rotary jointers (140, 150) for enveloping first and second rotational axes (120, 130) are composed respectively at the end parts of the first and second rotational axes (120, 130) composed at both sides of the reactor (100), wherein first and second perforation parts (151, 152) are composed inside the second rotary jointer (150). Flow paths (131, 131′) are composed at the second rotational axis (130) to be connected to the first and second perforation parts (151, 152) and a heat-insulating pipe (410) is connected to the first and second perforation parts (151, 152) of the second rotary jointer (150). When the reactor (100) is rotated by the main motor (200), the first and second rotary jointers (140, 150) are fixed and the heat-insulating pipes (410, 410′) are prevented from being twisted by the second rotary jointer (150). The present invention further comprises a vaporizer (500) connected to the first rotational axis (120) to be able to cool materials rapidly. Therefore, high temperature and vacuum can be ensured simultaneously and productivity can be maximized by rapid cooling.</p> |
