The present invention relates to a precast concrete unit and a manufacturing method thereof. The method includes: a preparation step; a reinforcement step; a mold forming step; a spacing unit installation step; a coupling step; and a pouring step. The preparation step includes flattening the floor to reinforce rebars. The reinforcement step includes reinforcing rebars on the floor. The mold forming step includes forming a mold along the edge of the reinforced rebars. The spacing unit installation step includes installing spacing units to constantly maintain the gaps between the rebars. The coupling step includes coupling the rebars after the spacing unit installation step. The pouring step includes pouring concrete into the mold after the coupling step.
