The present invention relates to an outdoor security device using motion sensing, which includes: a CCTV installed in an upper part of a pole-shaped support body on the outdoor ground and photographing, in real time, images of the ground corresponding to a preset range around the support body; an image analyzing part detecting whether there is the movement of an object (A) in the preset range by analyzing real time image information taken by the CCTV; a movement sensing part generating a movement generation signal when the movement of the object (A) is sensed in the image analyzing part; and a notification control part outputting a warning notification signal through a speaker installed in the support body when the movement generation signal is generated in the movement sensing part. According to the present invention, when an emergency situation occurs to the object outdoors, the image analyzing part senses the movement of the object from the image information, taken by the CCTV installed in the support body, just with the approach of the object to the pole-shaped support body installed on the outdoor ground in order to output a warning notification signal to the speaker, and a warning message and an photographed image are transmitted to a security management system. |
