The present invention relates to a juice extracting apparatus which is enhanced to have substantially increased efficiency in extracting juice from raw materials such as vegetables or fruit and a substantially increased speed of producing the juice. Therefore, the juice extracting apparatus includes a raw material charging means (10) which forcibly charges a raw material (S), charged into a hopper (11), into an inlet (14) by a charging screw (13) rotated by power of a reduction motor (12); a raw material extraction means (20) that transfers the raw material in the horizontal direction by an extruding screw (25), which receives power of a driving motor (24), in an extrusion hole (23) of a screw housing (21), and compresses the raw material (S); and a juice extracting means (30) that includes a juice extraction mesh (32) having extraction hole (31) in which an extrusion screw (25) is inserted in front of the screw housing (21). The juice extraction mesh (32) is made of either a screen mesh or a punched mesh. According to the present invention, extraction efficiency is significantly increased. |
