The present invention relates to a far-infrared ray radiator and a method for producing the same. The far-infrared ray radiator discharges far-infrared rays and controls the proliferation of bacteria through sterilization so that the same can be variously used as indoor furniture in kitchens or bedrooms and as medical equipment. The present invention provides: a far-infrared ray radiator obtained through an anodizing treatment, wherein an oxide film consisting of a core having micropores formed in the center thereof by being anodized on the surface of an aluminum ingredient and iodine filled in the micropores of the core are included in the far-infrared ray radiator; and a method for producing a far-infrared ray radiator obtained through an anodizing treatment, wherein the method comprises: a first step of producing an oxide film including continuously formed cores having micropores formed in the center thereof by being anodized on the surface of an aluminum ingredient; a second step of filling iodine in the micropores of the core; and a third step of sealing the surface of the aluminum material. |
