The present invention relates to a method for preparing a health food supplement containing Aster scaber, and comprises: a medicinal herb crush step of crushing medicinal herbs including Aster scaber (S10); a grain syrup making step of boiling cratagi and cinnamon to make a grain syrup (S20); and a medicinal herb mixing step of mixing the grain syrup with the crushed medicinal herbs (S30). Therefore, the health food supplement containing Aster scaber according to the present invention contains Aster scaber as a main ingredient, and supplements the effective function of Aster scaber through cratagi and cinnamon, thereby improving digestive functions and regulating blood glucose, and thus a health food supplement containing Aster scaber and added with active ingredients can be produced. |
