WOOD POLYMER/PLASTIC COMPOSITE HAVING A WOOD PATTERN AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a synthetic wood material and a method for manufacturing the same. The synthetic wood material has a natural wood pattern on the surface thereof. Functions such as anti-static and anti-slip properties are provided to the surface of the synthetic wood material by adding functional additives into a mixture for forming the wood pattern. The synthetic wood material includes: an inner layer (10) which is extruded by an extruder (110) to be molded; and a surface layer which is extruded by a subsidiary extruder (120) and an extrusion die (130) to be molded on an outer circumferential side of the inner layer (10). The surface layer (20) comprises: a base (21) formed on an outer periphery of the inner layer (10); and a wood pattern (23) that is formed by a color chip, which is included in a base compound used to form the base (21) and has a melting point higher than that of the base compound for forming the base. The functional additives are added in the color chip in order to impose anti-static and anti-slip properties on the surface layer (20) through the wood pattern (23).
