The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for displaying a content screen in a mobile terminal. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for displaying a content screen in a mobile terminal comprises the steps of: displaying a content screen; detecting a request for a movement of the displayed content screen; and displaying a set boundary screen if the content screen reaches a boundary when the request is detected. Therefore, when the content screen reaches or passes a specific boundary of the content screen, an effect may be applied to the content screen, thereby enabling a user to recognize the passage of the specific boundary.
