The present invention relates to a fish staying block combined with a fish way allowing a sphere block main body part to be installed at the surface of the river to be fixated to the surface of the river by a block fixating hole without movement and preventing in advance the scour phenomenon of the river bottom due to the flow of the fish way with the fish staying block. When the fish staying block is combined with the adjacency sphere block main body part, the fish way is formed in order to allow fishes to easily move by a square combination projection part which protrudes in the lower part of the sphere block main body part. The fishes can easily come in and comes out of the sphere block main body part through a penetration hole, and the fish staying block combined with a fish way can be used as rest and spawning space for the fishes in a block space part of the internal thereof.
