The worker safety management method during ship construction includes the steps of: computerizing embarkation information of workers; checking the embarkation of the workers; exchanging an embarkation text message; checking work progression; checking the disembarkation of the workers; and exchanging a disembarkation text message, by using a worker safety management system.</p>
