<p>PURPOSE: A home bar hinge for a refrigerator is provided to minimize shock applied on a door of a refrigerator and a home bar door due to the load of the home bar door which is opened over fixed angle. CONSTITUTION: A home bar hinge for a refrigerator comprises a housing(10), a shaft(2), and a spring(4). The shaft is accepted into the housing. The shaft rotates corresponding to the rotation of the door. The spring provides distortional elastic force at a pre-determined angle range according to the rotation of the shaft. Damping power is supplied in opposite direction at the pre-determined angle range according to the rotation of the shaft as oil is charged between the housing and the shaft.</p> |
