In an electric hot-blast heater provided in a box-shaped body with a blower and a carbon heater which are operated by a control unit, the blower sucks outer air via an inlet port and a filter installed on one side to supply the air into the hot-blast heater via an outlet port, according to rotation of a motor. The air is dispersed by a plurality of air directional plates, and thus is stayed for a long time. The air absorbs the heat from the carbon heater in the process of being discharged to a plurality of air transfer holes, and thus is changed into hot blast which is discharged through a hot-blast discharge port. A plurality of carbon heaters having high heat efficiency are installed at regular intervals in a zigzag type in the heater to extend the staying time of the air. The staying time of the air is further extended by the air directional plates, thereby heating the air by the hot blast for a short time. Also, the carbon heater of a flange type is easily detachably inserted into an insertion hole of the heater, thereby easily repairing and replacing the carbon heaters for the purpose of easy maintenance. |
