The present invention relates to a manufacturing apparatus having a water nozzle which improves productivity and has a feature capable of improving constructability of road pavement. Provided is an apparatus for manufacturing an asphalt mixture heated under a medium temperature having a water nozzle which includes a mixing unit; an aggregate supply unit transferring aggregate to the mixing unit; a material supply unit transferring fill material to the mixing unit; an asphalt providing unit connected to an asphalt supply channel transferring asphalt to the mixing unit; and a water supplier coupled to the asphalt supply channel, and spraying water to the asphalt in water pressure greater than the asphalt flow pressure, wherein the water supplier supplies sprayed type water to flowing asphalt in a state before being injected into the mixing unit to form fine bubbles. |
