The present invention relates to a method of removing a transparent and conductive coating film, a strip solution for the same, and method of removing scale from a coating apparatus. The method of removing the transparent and conductive coating film according to the present invention includes: a first step of dipping a substrate having the transparent conductive coating film by the coating solution into a strip solution; a second step of removing the transparent conductive coating film by cleaning the substrate; and a third step of recycling the cleaned substrate. The strip solution contains 1-50 wt% of inorganic base, 1-40 wt% of organic amine, and 10-70 wt% of aqueous solvent, so that the base having the failure in coating can be recycled through simple processes such as dipping and cleaning processes, so that a process property and mass-production can be ensured. In addition, the coating solution including conductive polymer and a silane-based binder may be adsorbed in the form of scale on a filter, a pipe, or both the filter and the pipe of a coating apparatus to form the transparent conductive coating layer. In addition, the scale of the coating apparatus can be removed through the dipping and the cleaning of the strip solution. Accordingly, when the schemes are utilized, the production of a touch display device can be economically and effectively can be enhanced.
