The present invention relates to a high illuminating power LED structure equipped with a metal circuit to prevent a leakage current and to improve a heat radiation performance to have a high efficiency property: by manufacturing an electrode unit through performing a press process on a metal having superior thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity; by controlling back flow of heat by inducing heat generated in an LED chip through the manufactured electrode unit along the flow of electrons and directly discharging the heat to improve a heat radiation property; and by preventing the leakage current at the same time.
