The present invention relates to an electrode member and a touch panel including the same. According to an embodiment, the electrode member includes: a substrate including an effective area and a non-effective area; first and second patterns which are formed on the non-effective area; and a first electrode which is formed on the first pattern. The width of the first pattern is different from the width of the second pattern. According to an embodiment, the present invention provides the touch panel including the electrode member and the electrode member having a new structure that a part where a sensing electrode and a wire electrode are formed is formed on a nono pattern.
