<p>In the present invention, provided is a soil conditioner for draining planting areas in salty lands, comprising coal ashes; a coated organic acid layer coated on the coal ashes; and a coated calcium compound layer coated on the coated organic layer. The soil conditioner of the present invention comprises three types of coal ashes: 20-50 wt% of coal ashes whose sizes are between 0.5 and 2mm, 40-75 wt% of coal ashes whose sizes are between 2 and 4mm, and 5-20 wt% of coal ashes whose sizes are between 4 and 8 mm; and coated organic acid coated layers coated on the coal ashes wherein the coated organic acid layer has at least one compound among a group consisting of citric acid, humic acid glutamic acid, sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid.</p> |
