The present invention relates to an organic light emitting device which enhances efficiency and can be used for an extended period of time. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the organic light emitting device includes: a first electrode and a second electrode facing each other; and an organic layer arranged between the first and second electrodes. Moreover, the organic layer includes: an auxiliary layer arranged on the upper part of the first electrode; and a light emitting layer arranged on the upper part of the auxiliary layer.
