<p>The present invention relates to a spot welding apparatus capable of adjusting the height and, specifically, to a spot welding apparatus capable of adjusting the height, which has a height adjustment unit to adjust a gap generated between a base material and a welding tip, which is installed on the top of a lower electrode, by a reduction in the height of the welding tip when the abraded welding tip is dressed, wherein the height adjustment unit has an elevation cylinder connected to the lower side of the lower electrode, thereby elaborately and easily adjusting the height. According to the present invention, a spot welding apparatus capable of adjusting the height comprises: an upper and a lower electrode welding a first and a second base material, which are overlapped with each other, when pressing and applying an electric current to the first and the second base material up and down; and a height adjustment unit to adjust a gap generated between the lower surface of the second base material and a welding tip, which is formed on the top of the lower electrode and which touches the lower surface of the second base material, when the welding tip is dressed, wherein the height adjustment unit has an elevation cylinder with a cylinder rod connected to the lower side of the lower electrode, advancing on and retreating from a cylinder body, and moving the lower electrode up and down.</p> |
