<p>A counter trading application system and a method thereof are disclosed. Here, the counter trading application system includes: a tag device which is installed at a bank branch office, and includes a plurality of wireless tags corresponding to a visiting purpose of a customer visiting the bank branch office; and a relay server which checks a wireless tag recognized by a user terminal among the wireless tags and the visiting purpose corresponding to the recognized wireless tag by being connected to the user terminal through a network, and receives customer information required for bank counter trading according to the visiting purpose by requesting the customer information to the user terminal, and delivers the received customer information to a bank counter terminal.</p> |
