The present invention relates to an order information communicating method and an order information communicating system by an electronic tag, in which a network communication is performed based on NFC technology to allow a user to communicate with a seller about order information. The order information communicating method comprises the following steps. A user terminal receives address information of a tag through a near field communication (NFC). The user terminal accesses an advertisement server corresponding to the address information and receives and outputs page information of a relevant website. The user terminal searches arbitrary advertisement information in the website. The user terminal makes a telephone call to a telephone number included in the advertisement information.
