The present invention relates to a printed circuit board having an embedded electronic device and a manufacturing method thereof. A printed circuit board having an embedded electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a core board which has circuit layers at both sides thereof, a tapped cavity formed in the core board, and an electronic device embedded in the cavity.
