The present invention relates to a gas frying apparatus. The present invention aims to provide the apparatus that increases a surface area in which an object to be heated and a heating pipe contact each other in a limited frying tank in order to enhance performance of transmitting heat to the object, extends staying time of heat from combusted gas, and thus increases efficiency of heat transmission. The apparatus comprises: a heating part; a front side case; a first distributor on which a first penetrated hole and a second penetrated hole are formed to be symmetrical; a rear side case; a second distributor on which a third penetrated hole, a fourth penetrated hole, and a fifth penetrated hole are provided; a first pipe which makes the second penetrated hole communicate with the third penetrated hole; a second pipe that is divided into a second upper flow channel, which makes the first penetrated hole communicate with the fourth penetrated hole, and a second lower flow channel, which makes the first penetrated hole communicate with the third penetrated hole; a third pipe that is divided into a third upper flow channel, which makes the second penetrated hole communicate with the fifth penetrated hole, and a third lower flow channel, which makes the second penetrated hole communicate with the fourth penetrated hole. |
