The present invention relates to a tableware for food serving as a sauce. The tableware for food serving as a sauce includes: a sauce container having an upward opening to receive the sauce made of a soft material capable of elastic compression and expansion; and a food loading unit detachably coupled to the source container to form a food loading surface having at least one sauce outlet where the sauce is discharged onto the loading surface in a process of compressing the sauce container. Accordingly, when a user wants to take the sauce as a food serving, the user may use the right amount of sauce that the user wants and may usefully use the dishes without using any unnecessary number of dishes. |
