The present invention relates to a heat generating insole having a wireless communication function, and to shoes including the same. Particularly, the insole has a heat generation function and includes an electric stimulation device. Therefore, the heat generating insole can be more efficiently used for military combat boots. The heat generating insole comprises: an insole main body (100); a power source part (10); a pressure sensor (20) which checks pressure imposed on the insole; a wireless data input part (30) which receives data by wirelessly communicating with an external device; a control part (40) that obtains information with which whether a user is using the insole or not can be determined, and analyzes the data input from the external device; a heat wire part (50) which heats the insole main body and generates heat when signals are input from the pressure sensor by taking the signals as a sign that the user is using the insole main body; an electric shock part (60) that outputs instantaneous electrical stimulation according to control of the control part in order to enable the user to receive electric signals while the user is walking; and a communication commander computer (200) which outputs wireless signals in order to make the electric shock part (60) output the electrical stimulation signals.
