<p>PURPOSE: A thermosetting resin composition is provided to effectively improve crosslinking density while satisfying properties required for a protective film, and to ensure excellent mechanical property and heat resistance. CONSTITUTION: Thermosetting resin composition comprises[A]a copolymer of (a1) an unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or unsaturated carboxylic anhydride, (a2) an epoxy group-containing unsaturated compound, and (a3) an olefin-based unsaturated compound except (a1) and (a2); and[B]a vinyl compound containing an isocyanate group or blocked isocyanate group.</p> |
