The present invention relates to an apparatus to automatically sort a material of a plasma cutting apparatus using a robot capable of transferring a material to a carrying box by automatically sorting the material of a workpiece cut in a plasma cutting apparatus according to a size. According to the present invention, an automatic sorting apparatus (500) comprises: a material supply unit (100) to supply and transfer a material to be cut; a material setting unit (300) to set the material supplied by the material supply unit; a processing unit (400) to cut the material wherein setting is completed by an arc cutting device (410) by an input CAD/CAM program; and an automatic sorting device (500) to automatically sort and transfer the material wherein cutting is completed according to a size, and to transfer the material to a carrying box. The automatic sorting device (500) includes: a primary sorter (510) to sort and transfer a material (short length material and mid-range material) cut by the arc cutting device (410); a secondary sorter (520) to sort and transfer a material (long length material) cut by the arc cutting device (410); and a tertiary sorter (530) to sort and transfer a long material and a medium material put into the primary sorter (510).
