摘要 Disclosed is an oil control device for a fully variable hydraulic valve system of an internal combustion engine. The oil control device is connected to the fully variable hydraulic valve system for the internal combustion engine and is composed of a shell (1), and a rotary valve, a hydraulic accumulator and a drive mechanism which are installed in the shell (1), wherein the rotary valve is composed of a rotary valve core (3) and a rotary valve sleeve (2); the hydraulic accumulator is composed of an energy storage piston (4-1), an energy accumulation spring (4-2), an end cover (4-4), a sealing race (4-6) and a rubber pad (4-5), and is installed in an inner cavity at one end of the shell (1); an energy accumulation cavity is arranged between the rotary valve and the hydraulic accumulator; and the drive mechanism is composed of a drive gear (5-1), a gear shaft (5-2), a connection key (5-3) and a cross slider coupling (5-4), wherein the drive gear (5-1) is installed on the gear shaft (5-2), and the gear shaft (5-2) is connected to the rotary valve core (3) via the cross slider coupling (5-4). The oil control device has a simple structure, stable and reliable operation, good manufacturing process and low costs, and can replace a high-frequency electromagnetic valve to be applied in a fully variable hydraulic valve system for a single-cylinder or multi-cylinder internal combustion engine.
