<p>Disclosed is a preparation method of a self-repairing cement-based material, comprising: after inoculating Bacillus mucilaginosus into a culture medium for culturing, preparing a concentrated bacteria liquid of Bacillus mucilaginosus; immobilizing the bacteria on a carrier; when molding the cement-based material, uniformly burying a calcium source inside the cement-based material; and concentrating the carrier immobilizing the bacteria within the range of 5 m below the specimen surface area. The method utilizes carbonic anhydrase microorganisms to produce carbonic anhydrase so as to capture CO2, promotes the conversion of CO2 to CO3 2-, and accelerates the deposition of calcium carbonate at cracks in the surface area, and thus has a faster repair speed than other microorganisms for repairing cracks.</p> |
