A hydrodynamic bearing assembly capable of preventing oil leaks according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a sleeve supporting a shaft so that the top of the shaft can protrude from the axial upper side of the shaft; and a housing having an outer circumferential part covering at least the part of the radial surface of the sleeve, and having a cover part covering the axial lower side of the shaft, wherein the shaft and the sleeve have a bearing clearance formed therebetween and filled with a lubricant, and the cover part has a sealing adhesive spread on the outer surface thereof and used to prevent the leakage of the lubricant.
