The present invention provides a method of matching demanded-technology information in a server connected to a demander terminal and a plurality of provider terminals through a wired and wireless network. The method comprising the steps of: ;receiving demand company information and demanded-technology information from the demander terminal; transmitting demanded-technology surveying information including the demanded-technology information to the provider terminal; receiving possessed technology information corresponding to the demanded-technology surveying information from the provider terminal; transmitting the possessed technology information to the demander terminal; receiving matching or non-matching information of the demanded-technology information and the possessed technology information from the demander terminal; and transmitting the matching or non-matching information to the provider terminal. The demand company information is transmitted to the provider terminal together with the matching or non-matching information when the demanded-technology information and the possessed technology information match with each other. Accordingly, the present invention has an effect improving the satisfaction of the demander by reflecting the need of the demander.
