ON-VEHICLE DEVICE AND SPOOFING DETECTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect spoofing by an on-vehicle device using a global positioning system.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device comprises: a positioning unit which outputs a positioning result indicating a current position of a vehicle on the basis of a positioning signal received from a satellite; a positioning result storage unit which stores the positioning result in association with the time; and a processing unit which, by using past positioning results stored in the positioning result storage unit and a current positioning result measured by the positioning unit, determines performance of spoofing by verifying whether movement of the vehicle satisfies predetermined reference.
