PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant disease controlling agent exhibiting a controlling effect against a wide range of plant pathogenic microbes without depending on the application site.SOLUTION: There is provided a plant disease controlling agent which contains a compound represented by the formula (I) [wherein, Aand Aeach independently are an amidino which may be protected; Xand Xeach independently are an alkylene which can be substituted with a halogen atom (methylene in the alkylene may be replaced by an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom); Z is a substitutable imino or a substitutable nitrogen-containing hetero ring; Rand Reach independently are a halogen atom, a substitutable alkyl, a substitutable cycloalkyl, a substitutable alkoxy, a substitutable alkylthio, a nitro, a substitutable amino, a substitutable alkylsulfinyl or a substitutable alkylsulfonyl; 1 and m each independently are an integer of 0 to 4] or a salt thereof as an active ingredient.
