<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray generator and an X-ray inspection device in which the heat generated can be radiated efficiently to insulating oil while shielding the X-ray, and cracking of a glass tube is prevented during manufacture, while facilitating maintenance.SOLUTION: In an X-ray generator 10, an X-ray tube 8 having a cathode 11 and an anode 12 arranged to face each other in a vacuum sealed glass tube 13 and provided with an X-ray radiation flange 15 releasing X-ray in a direction crossing the tube axis 14, a bottom plate 19 on which a shield material 20 and an insulating material 21 are laminated, a container 7 to which the X-ray radiation flange is attached and having a part becoming an X-ray irradiation window 18 on the bottom surface 7a and internally filled with insulating oil 9, and a shield 40 fixed detachably to the bottom plate 19 and immersed into the insulating oil 9, while both sides of the tube axis 14 are opened, and an insulating material 26, a shield material 25 and a support material 27 are laminated from the inside while a range from the cathode 11 to anode 12 is surrounded at least in the X-ray tube, with a clearance 24 on the outside of the glass tube 13, are provided.</p> |
