<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable skin cleansing composition having both a good feeling of use and a sufficient cleansing power.SOLUTION: A skin cleansing composition is a composition containing an oil component, an aqueous component, and one or more kinds of surfactant, wherein a silicone oil agent of 50 wt.% or more to the oil component and 10 wt.% or more to the entire composition is contained, and at least one kind of the surfactant is polyhydric alcohol, polyhydric alcohol polymer or polyhydric alcohol polyoxyalkylene adduct, and an ester compound of stearic acid or isostearic acid.</p> |
