<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce fluctuations in a position of an overhead electric line that are caused by vibration or oscillation of a camera when continuously imaging the overhead electric line from a running vehicle.SOLUTION: An overhead-electric-line position measuring device includes: a region-of-interest setting unit 21 that sets at least one region of interest including a measured position of an overhead electric line, on the basis of angle data and distance data to be generated by laser ranging sensors 11 and 12; an image processing unit 22 that, on the basis of measurement results of acceleration meters 15 to 17, applies image correction processing to image data showing images in the region of interest, in order to correct fluctuations in the position of the overhead electric line in first image data and second image data which are caused by a change in an angle or position of a camera in a plane approximately perpendicular to a travelling direction of a rail vehicle; an overhead-electric-line extraction unit 24 that extracts the overhead electric line satisfying a prescribed condition from a two-dimensional image shown by the accumulated image data; and an overhead-electric-line position calculation unit 25 that calculates a relative position of the overhead electric line to a track on the basis of coordinates of the overhead electric line extracted from two images by the overhead-electric-line extraction unit 24.</p> |
