The present invention relates to a cathode substrate that is capable of increasing the capacity of an all-solid-state battery, a high-capacity all-solid-state battery, and a method of manufacturing same. The high-capacity all-solid-state battery includes: a base having a mesh shape; and a cathode disposed on the base, wherein the cathode overlaps the base to increase the capacity of a cathode material within a predetermined volume, thereby increasing the capacity of the all-solid-state battery. That is, a space defined in the base having the mesh shape is filled with cathode slurry in order to manufacture the cathode substrate containing the cathode material. Thus, the cathode substrate may act as a cathode in addition to a supporter of the battery to reduce the conducting distance between an electrode and the cathode, thereby increasing the electrical conductivity of the cathode and the capacity of the battery. Also, even though the battery has the same thickness and volume as those of a battery according to the related art, the battery of the present invention has a capacity of cathode material which is greater than that of the battery according to the related art. Therefore, the capacity of the battery may be increased, and an increase in the thickness of the cathode may be inhibited or prevented. |
