Various embodiments generally relate to a technique for combining full resolution frames in a motion video coding order and corresponding thumbnail images into compressed video data. An apparatus for compressing video frames includes: a processor component; and a compression component for executing to disposing at least one thumbnail frame (T-frame) compressed by the processor component between a plurality of full-resolution frames of motion videos arranged in a coding order in compressed video data, wherein the T-frame includes a plurality of thumbnail images of a motion video in a compressed type.
