The light emitting section has a laminate structure that includes, on the first surface of the substrate, a dielectric multilayer film, a first electrode, a functional layer with a light emitting layer, and a second electrode having semi-transmissive reflectivity. The optical filter section has a laminate structure that includes, on the first surface of the substrate, the dielectric multilayer film, the functional layer, and the second electrode. The dielectric multilayer film and the functional layer extend over the first region.
