摘要 <p>In the sampling and genetic analysis of plant cell tissue, an "excision" stimulus, which is a significant physical stimulus on solid matter during sampling, is applied and intracellular gene destruction begins to occur from that instant. Therefore, to analyze the spatial distribution of gene expression, the present invention provides a method for sampling and collecting multiple tissue sections rapidly. The present invention relates to a sampling device for sampling sections from multiple points of cell tissue, wherein: the sampling device comprises multiple needles; the sampling device is configured so that the needles can be rapidly changed between a sampling position and a discharging position; and the distances between the multiple needles at the sampling position are greater than the distances between the multiple needles at the discharging position.</p>
